This policy covers the information collected through this website. It does not cover the health records kept about you as a client, which are governed by Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act and by Cedar Ridge Test Clinic’s own records policy.

What the website collects

If you send a message through the contact form, it collects your name, email address, the subject you choose and what you write. That message is emailed to aaraniyan.vive+cuurawalk@gmail.com and is not stored on this website.

Do not use the contact form to send health information. It is ordinary email, not a secure channel.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and record no information that identifies you personally.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Vercel and email is delivered by Resend. Both process data on behalf of the practice.
